What is Salt Therapy?
Halotherapy (dry Salt Therapy) is a holistic approach that mimics the microclimate of a salt cave. Dry salt air is dispersed into an enclosed environment through a unique process generated by a halogenerator. This type of treatment is a safe and effective way of using salt’s natural antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and super absorbent properties to provide relief from respiratory and skin conditions.
When you heat salt, it becomes super dry, and kinetically more active. This heated and dry pure sodium chloride is then crushed into micro-sized particles and dispersed into the air in an enclosed environment. When micro-particles of dry salt are inhaled into the respiratory system, it does its job by absorbing and removing allergens, toxins and foreign substances in your lungs and throughout your respiratory tract. Salt also reduces any inflammation and opens airway passages making it easier to breathe.
Kids salt room
We understand it's nearly impossible for kids to sit quietly for 45 minutes. So we have created a separate salt room for kids and parents to enjoy reaping the health benefits of Salt Therapy. 30 minute sessions.
Adults are $20 Kids Up to 10 are $10 Babies free
No charge for up to 2 little siblings on the 1st visit same as the cave❤️

The kids room is located upstairs and is NOT a wild screaming, running, jumping play room. We have multiple services in the facility and all are intended to be peaceful and healing.
Parents are expected to monitor proper behavior of their children 🙌
If behaviors are too disruptive, sessions will be ended.
Story Time in The Cave

Only $10 per child. No charge for adults💗
Due to lack of attendance, Story Time will no longer be posted as an EVENT on our Facebook page. Instead, arrange your own group and then call to request a time for your own private Story Time. Maximum group size is roughly 12.
